CLIENT: American Academy of Sleep Medicine
ROLE: Design Coordinator for Wight & Company
SCOPE: $6M | 40,000 SF new construction
AASM office headquarters closely mimics Wight's adjacent LEED certified suburban office, both in aesthetics and sustainability features. Highlights include native prairie landscaping, bioswales, and an outdoor green roof terrace. Other design and material decisions followed best practices and LEED guidelines.
This was my first major new construction project. My role was to develop drawings and details, while coordinating between interior designers, core&shell architects, and product vendors.
Construction was completed 2010.
